Questions
Is it waterproof?
Water resistant, yes: the roll top closes over the main compartment and the front pocket is zipped, so rain and splashes stay off what is inside. It is not made to be submerged. For a wet day on location, the waterproof cover for 21 to 35 litre packs, in the row above, fits over the whole bag.
How much does it hold?
32 litres with the top rolled and clipped. A roll top adjusts to the load: roll it down further when the bag is half full and it stays compact rather than slumping.
How does it close?
Fold the top over on itself a few times, then clip the buckle down to the front. The roll is what keeps the weather out, so roll it rather than folding it once. The front pocket has its own zip for the things you reach for most.
What are the side straps for?
Clipping things to the outside: a bottle, a jacket, camping gear, anything you want to hand rather than packed away. Each side has straps with buckles, and the shoulder straps are padded for a full load.
When will it arrive?
Orders placed before 1pm on a business day are dispatched the same day; after 1pm, the next business day. UK standard delivery takes 5 to 8 business days with a signature, or choose Express for guaranteed next business day. International orders ship worldwide; duties and taxes are charged locally on delivery.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from receiving it to request a return, unused and in its original packaging. Email info@panastoreonline.co.uk to start one. EU customers also have the 14 day right of withdrawal.
